LIPPE MD will offer a direct primary care model designed to simplify the relationship between patients and their physician. Instead of billing insurance for every visit, members will pay a straightforward monthly fee directly to the practice, creating greater access, more personalized care, and a stronger connection with Dr. Lippe.

Primary care appointments with Dr. Lippe
Annual physical exam
Sick visits
Telehealth appointments
Extended appointments, typically 30 to 60 minutes
Direct communication with Dr. Lippe
Access for appropriate urgent concerns outside office hours
Preventive care and ongoing health guidance
Medication consultations and management
Care coordination and specialist referrals
Follow-up care
Routine rapid testing
Same-day or next-day appointments when available
Selected in-office testing and procedures

WACO, TEXAS — After decades of caring for patients and families in the Waco community (most recently at Ascension Providence) Dr. Natalie C. Lippe is beginning a new chapter of service. In January, she will open LIPPE MD, an independent, direct primary care medical practice built around relationships, accessibility, prevention, and the individual needs of every patient.

A board-certified family medicine physician, Dr. Lippe earned her medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical School and completed her residency through the McLennan County Medical Education and Research Foundation. Throughout her career, she has held a simple belief: meaningful healthcare begins by taking the time to listen.

That belief is at the heart of LIPPE MD.

“My patients have trusted me with their health, their families, their questions, and some of the most important moments of their lives,” said Dr. Lippe. “That is a privilege I never take lightly. My heart has always been in serving people, and I want to create a practice that gives me more time to listen, more opportunity to understand, and more ways to be present for my patients throughout their lives.”

LIPPE MD will offer a more personal model of care. The practice will emphasize prevention, education, continuity, accessibility, and thoughtful care through all stages of life.

Dr. Lippe considers her years at Ascension an important and meaningful part of her journey as a physician. The patients she has served, relationships she has built, and experiences she has gained have helped shape both the doctor she is today and her vision for what comes next.
